Zip code on abandoned cart

    Hello,
    After lat update my abandoned carts detail´s don´t how the customer’s zip code, is there anyway I can turn this feature on again?

    Hi @brmagrini,

    I apologize for the delay in response to this. Actually, We were on a small vacation from 25th to 29th October 2019 due to the Diwali festival here in India hence the delay.

    Regarding your query, our Abandoned Cart Lite and Pro plugin do not capture the zip code of the customers so it is a bit strange that you were able to see the customer’s zip code in the abandoned orders. Can you please share the screenshot of any old abandoned order on your site where the zip code was being captured?

    Hi @brmagrini,

    I apologize for such a delayed response.

    Thank you for providing the screenshot.

    Today, I checked with the older version of our Abandoned Cart Lite plugin and I am able to see that the zip code is also capturing in the abandoned order details. I will need to talk with our development team regarding this and then I will get back to you an update. I hope that is fine.
