Zip Code Filtering Bug

    I’m using Directorist on our site for an advisor directory, and need to be able to search for advisors by distance from a zip code. I’ve added the Zip/Post Code and Radius Search fields to our Search & Filter sidebar, and added a zip code field to the individual listings.

    It seems like the search may be working when I first input the zip code into the zip code filter field, as it brings up matching advisors immediately on text input.

    However, if I click anywhere on the page, or even click off the page, into another window, it reloads the directory immediately with “No listings found”. And from there, adjusting the radius also has no effect.

    Can you let me know what may be causing this issue, and how I can fix it?

    Thank you for reaching out. It looks like a site-specific issue to me. Sometimes it happens when it conflicts with other themes or plugins. In this case, we investigate this issue on the user’s website and try to find and fix the incompatibility. Can you please create a support ticket on our website in directorist? We will assign a developer to fix this issue on your website.
