Zero Support, Useless File

I purchased the premium theme despite the iffy support (little help troubleshooting issues on the previously free version). I hoped purchasing the item might result in some actual customer service support or a response. There continues to be no response to my emails, and I was provided a .zip file that is corrupted. Completely useless and now I have to report the purchase to my bank for a refund. Beware!
