    ‘Slimstat Analytics Support Center’ – ticket got NO REPLY within ONE WEEK!

    Well, in the past, Jason replied almost immediately. Now it is very quiet since a while on this support forum.

    Jason has been unwell I believe.

    But it would be helpful for him to post a message giving indications of his availability.
