    Literally there must be ONE person running this thing, didn’t even work, and when I emailed I got ONE response from some guy and NEVER heard back, had to dispute the charge via PayPal.

    Shitty service usually means shitty products. In this case that was true.

    Yes, you just follow up to bad feedback only I see so others think there is support, what is your Contact Info?

    You will not give it as this is NOT a supported feature anyway, Google has it for FREE.

    Just hire of Fiverr, you don’t need to spend money on a product that’s 10 years old and not even supported, I will be disputing on my CC if I don’t hear back.
