Z-Index Help

    I am trying to get my social networking icons partly behind the main body of my website. Go here: http://silencenogood.net for a reference . Basically, I want the icons on the right (Fb, Twitter, etc) to move down below the black border (half way) and make it go behind it. BUT once I do the z-index for them as -1 they are no longer clickable. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Thanks for any suggestions. I’ve been working on this for a while :\

    You probably had a container that was overlapping the icons. Using a tool like firebug or the dev tools in Chrome or IE will help you visually see the overlap. My guess is that you had it obscured by another container.
