    Thanks for the screenshot

    Please follow the next steps:

    – Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Youzify, WordPress & your theme.

    – Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.

    – If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.

    – Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySeventeen (or other default WordPress theme).

    I deactivated all plugins, I kept only Buddypress and Youzify, but unfortunatelly, it still persists.
    about theme, I need blog theme. I installed NewsCard

    Please change your theme for temporary. It just identify if the issue persist or not if you change the theme. 🙂
