YouTube video embed on facebook

Hi, I’m looking for wordpress widget/plugin or something like that to embed YouTube video directly on facebook page. In short I would like to have plugin that automatically send after publish the whole wp post with the video to facebook page not with the link, but with embed. Is it possible? Thanks.
