Youtube stopped playing on some computers

I have several websites with YouTube videos embedded. Last week, they seem to have stopped working on many of my client’s computers (all over the country).
What’s odd is that some computers play it without any problems and others have problems. My computer (Windows 8 and ie 10) it doesn’t play, showing a blank (black) box the size of what the video use to be.
On my other computer (windows 7 and ie 9) it plays like it did before, which okay.
On another computer with windows 7 it is not okay on ie10 on one computer but on another windows 7 ie10 it works fine.
Cleared cache, cookies, deleted browsing history, updated Flash.
Not sure where to go on this. Any suggestions?
