YouTube SMALL Thumbnails

    Hi

    I am installing some YouTube video’s on my site using Smart YouTube which gives me a large 320 x 265 image on my site.
    1)
    How can I change that so I get a really small thumbnail image, is there a plugin which does this whilst retaining the wordrap I get with Smart YouTube?
    2)
    Is there anyway of imposing the pre-play image on the thumbnail?
    3)
    Any other ideas to get thew best out of YouTube
