    Did it.

    Went to:-
    Edit youtube-simplegallery plugin in edit plugin.

    youtube-simplegallery/youtube_simplegallery.css

    then added – width:200px;

    .youtube_gallery_item img {
    background: #eee;
    padding: 3px;
    border: 1px solid #999;
    margin: 3px;
    width:200px;
    }
