Did you select the Youtube option under question 1?
Also, could you please clear cache? By that, I mean…
– The browser cache, see https://www.solutionbay.com/solutions/dont-know-how-to-clear-the-cache-1
– Please also check if you have a cache plugin installed. If so, please disable it temporarily, and check if it’s ok now
I’ve cleared cache and checked settings and YouTube is ticked and the URL and ID are entered into the appropriate feeds.
Still isn’t displaying. 🙁

That’s very strange. Could you please temporarily de-select the RSS icon and let us know when done?
That’s enabled the YouTube icon to appear.
The width of the floating widget is clearly fixed in width?
Also … the buttons could do with all being centred to make the fly-out tidy and more professional looking.
Thank you for taking time to look into this.

Thanks Catie, I can still see the RSS icon. Then it must be cache. Please check again if you have any cache plugins installed and if not, clarify with your hoster if there is any server-side caching.
For the other points, please open new threads (one thread per issue). Thank you!
Purging the cache at the host and refreshing (after turning the RSS link back on) seems to have worked!
Thank you for your help!

The You Tube buttons could still do with being centred. 🙂
Please open a new thread for this issue, we are happy to check.
Will do. Thank you for your help today.
