Below is the shortcode I am using on my site that is not working. If I change “display first video full size” from no to yes, the first video will appear. As soon as I change it to no, nothing appears.

    [fts_youtube vid_count=6 large_vid=yes large_vid_title=yes large_vid_description=no thumbs_play_in_iframe=yes vids_in_row=3 omit_first_thumbnail=no space_between_videos=10px force_columns=no maxres_thumbnail_images=yes thumbs_wrap_color=#ffffff channel_id=UCw4Gg-d3797gAiNvSjad4dA]

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @lcarhart,
Sorry for the troubles. If you try regenerating the shortcode completely with the options you want do it do the same thing?

    Thanks,
    Justin

Try this shortcode, I was able to view the large video and the thumbnails below.

    [fts_youtube vid_count=3 large_vid=yes large_vid_title=no large_vid_description=no thumbs_play_in_iframe=yes vids_in_row=3 omit_first_thumbnail=no space_between_videos=10px force_columns=no maxres_thumbnail_images=yes thumbs_wrap_color=#ffffff wrap=none video_wrap_display=1 comments_count=0 channel_id=UCw4Gg-d3797gAiNvSjad4dA]

Make sure and delete the cache from our plugin before trying to view the new shortcode. You can delete the cache from the Settings > Global Options page of our plugin.

I don’t want the first video to be large. I just want three thumbnails

    Try this.

    [fts_youtube vid_count=3 large_vid=no large_vid_title=no large_vid_description=no thumbs_play_in_iframe=popup vids_in_row=3 omit_first_thumbnail=no space_between_videos=10px force_columns=no maxres_thumbnail_images=yes thumbs_wrap_color=#ffffff wrap=none video_wrap_display=1 comments_count=0 channel_id=UCw4Gg-d3797gAiNvSjad4dA]

That works, but is there a way to make the video pop up bigger on the website when you click on it rather than it taking you to youtube?

    (@slickremix)

The shortcode I gave you should be opening the video in the popup per the option thumbs_play_in_iframe=popup Did you happen to alter the shortcode?

Oh wait sorry you do not have the premium version which comes with that feature option.
