Hey @lcarhart,
Sorry for the troubles. If you try regenerating the shortcode completely with the options you want do it do the same thing?
Thanks,
Justin
yes, it still does not appear on my site
Try this shortcode, I was able to view the large video and the thumbnails below.
[fts_youtube vid_count=3 large_vid=yes large_vid_title=no large_vid_description=no thumbs_play_in_iframe=yes vids_in_row=3 omit_first_thumbnail=no space_between_videos=10px force_columns=no maxres_thumbnail_images=yes thumbs_wrap_color=#ffffff wrap=none video_wrap_display=1 comments_count=0 channel_id=UCw4Gg-d3797gAiNvSjad4dA]
Make sure and delete the cache from our plugin before trying to view the new shortcode. You can delete the cache from the Settings > Global Options page of our plugin.
I don’t want the first video to be large. I just want three thumbnails
Try this.
[fts_youtube vid_count=3 large_vid=no large_vid_title=no large_vid_description=no thumbs_play_in_iframe=popup vids_in_row=3 omit_first_thumbnail=no space_between_videos=10px force_columns=no maxres_thumbnail_images=yes thumbs_wrap_color=#ffffff wrap=none video_wrap_display=1 comments_count=0 channel_id=UCw4Gg-d3797gAiNvSjad4dA]
That works, but is there a way to make the video pop up bigger on the website when you click on it rather than it taking you to youtube?
The shortcode I gave you should be opening the video in the popup per the option thumbs_play_in_iframe=popup Did you happen to alter the shortcode?
Oh wait sorry you do not have the premium version which comes with that feature option.
