I can see you are using a Gutenberg block on the page where you’ve shared the URL. That block doesn’t provide the video’s cover option, but if your video has one, it’ll show. Also, that block isn’t in our products.

Could you please perform a basic troubleshooting checkup method and make sure the issue is related to our theme or plugin(s). To do this, deactivate all other plugins, then activate them individually and check for this issue. Continue doing this until you find out what product is causing a conflict with our product.
Or please tell us how we can replicate your steps to arrive at the issue on a fresh WordPress installation.

firstly, many thanks for finding out what the issue is.
I have since deactivated that plugin and it is now working properly, which makes me really question what these plugins are for and why we need them. nonsense!
