YoutTube Brackets method wont work.

    I am trying to get YouTube video’s to work on my blog, as I’ve just come from wordpress.com I’m used to the method of inseting the video like so [youtube=http://youtube.com/watch?v=NQE30vNWTgA] so I installed the YouTube Brackets plugin. However it doesn’t seem to be working and other methods I have read don’t seem to work either.
    Any thoughts?
