Your Pro Support System Isn't Working

So I purchased Meta Slider Pro but your support form just will not seem to work for me so I’m posting here:

Hey Guys,

I was wondering if there’s a way I can implement my own custom tag easily. What I’d like to do is display a Quantity Amount from Woocommerce (which already connects to Events Tickets Plus). And then when that Quantity Amount reaches 0 that it says SOLD OUT like it normally does for WooCommerce. How difficult would this be to do?
