    Hi I have problem with Forminator plug in. I cant finish my form. The error message is “Your Payment ID is empty!” but all of the field even the credit card is filled.

    Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Could you please share an export of your form so that we could further test and see what might have been causing it?

    You can use Google Drive, Dropbox or any such cloud services to share the export file. Looking forward to your response.

    I have problem also with this text error message even when the whole form is filled in:
    At least one field must be filled out to submit the form.

    Hello there @terezaolivia

    I imported your form in a testing site of mine that uses TwentyTwentyOne theme and not other plugins apart from Forminator.

    I obviously used my testing Stripe details, deactivated emails and I was able to submit the form with success (“Děkujeme za váš zájem. Budeme se na vás těšit na našem workshopu!“).

    So this sounds more like a conflict with another plugin or theme at this point. Could you please proceed with a conflict test? You will need either a staging site or a complete backup of the live site, then try to deactivate all other plugins, switch to a default theme and check if the issue still exists.

    Hello I am using Divi. I already switched off all of other plugins but issue is still there. 🙁
