    Hello, I would like to ask if anyone knows about a theme which is similar to this website:

    I tried to look for it on themeforest but couldnt find one.

    The website is using parallax scrolling. Research the best parallax scrolling themes that suit your style. Keep well.

    The parallax scrolling is good but I wanted to know about the function which is on that website. Is it a plugin where you can install and let the other users create their own style of text?

    That website is not WordPress and basic examination of it shows it is most likely custom coded from scratch. Unfortunately highly customized features for specific businesses are likely just going to require investment and custom development.
