is your site behind a proxy like CloudFlare? Or are you using some kind of security plugin? Maybe something is not well configured and you are receiving the rate limit message for this reason

Hi,
My website is in OVH (France), I am not using any kind of security plugin for the time being, as well, my website in not in SSL right now. Everytime I start to do the procedure, I get your IP has been banned and my website is down for 10 minutes.. I have to send a CHMOD via FTP too.
Is there a way yu could do it manually ? If I give you the access the the backend and FTP ?

Hi,
I have this message after clicking on Import Demo Data : Error: Ok (200)
I have check my theme, I can see YITH Proteo Child Theme (not active) and YITH Proteo active. I don’t see the plugins that should come with the data or any changes in the front end…

Hello,
I know PROTEO is a free theme but I join the club.. Can’t you just login into the backend and FTP and see what is going on ???
