“you sent forms too often”

Hi

My users are getting the message “*** Forbidden. You sent forms too often. Please wait a few minutes. Anti-Spam by CleanTalk. ***” when they’re at the shopping cart or submitting a couple of listings on my website.

It’s breaking the flow when it appears at the cart and dumps them to a page on my site that is outside the workflow and difficult to get back to it (without a lot of additional work for me).

When they’ve waited ‘a few minutes’ and refreshed the screen when they’re submitting a listing, they still can’t proceed.

Is there a setting I can change to safely increase the number of times they can submit a form / payment without it causing a potential issue?
