You locked out a developer

    A developer was working on my site tonight. I made him an admin account. You locked him out anyway.

    We could not figure out how to unblock him. He did not show up on the blocked list.

If there is a block on your Live Traffic page at a timestamp that matches their attempt(s) to log in, check the block reason after expanding the entry with the eye icon in the corner. The reason is shown in red text. Let us know what the reason is here, or if they have a different error message shown on-screen when they try to log in if you’re unsure what to do next.
