You cannot delete a plugin while it is active

    Trialing a few different forms for my site. I have created my own CSS however, I am not able to remove your plugin

    error message “You cannot delete a plugin while it is active on the main site”.

    -Running a multi-site – latest version of WordPress
    -deactivated and opt-out
    -deleted all forms including the sample contact form.
    -deactivated all plugins relating to CF7’s

    what is active, why can I not uninstall contact form material design?
