    Hi ivanov1981,

Please try to uninstall YOP Poll and do a fresh install.
Then go to “Templates” and let us know if you see any templates listed.

If this doesn’t work please get back to us and we will provide instructions on how to create a template.

    Best wishes,

    YOP Team

Thank you for the answer, but it did not help.
I deleted all other plugins and reintalled YOP poll. No templates listed.

    Only the following:
“You haven’t used our template editor to create any yop poll templates!
Please create your poll template first.”

    Best regards,
    Alex

    Hey Alex,

Go to “Templates” and click on the “Add New” button. Fill out only the “Template Name” field and save it.

Then go again in “Templates” and edit the one you’ve just created. After you click on “Edit”, on the right hand side you will see a Reset section.

Choose a template for reset from the list and click on “Reset Poll Template”.

    Best wishes,

    YOP Team

    Hi!

I clicked “Save Poll Template” to save a template with name filled out only. Then I went to Templates and I didn’t see the saved template. The list is empty again.
I opened MS SQL Server Management studio, navigate to the wordpess database tables and didn’t see wp_yop_poll_templates table. Only the following tablse exist:

    wp_yop_pollmeta,
    wp_yop_poll_logs,
    wp_yop_poll_bans,
    wp_yop_poll_votes_custom_fields,
    wp_yop_poll_answermeta

    Regards,
    Alex

    Hi Alex,

Please follow the link below, download the file and import it in your database. The file contains an export for the wp_yop_poll_templates table

    Hi!

The file is a MySQL script. My wordpress uses MSSQL.
I modified the script to work with MSSQL. wp_yop_poll_templates table appears, but wordpress still does not see templates. I see only

“You haven’t used our template editor to create any yop poll templates!
Please create your poll template first.”

Seems that the plugin does mot work with MSSQL database. Am I right?

    Hi, guys!
I’ve finally found that the problem is in the database abstraction (http://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-abstraction/installation)

It cuts queries if table columns names contain MySQL keywords. For example we have “after_vote_template” column that will be deleted because there is AFTER keword in MySQL.

So, I have to open an issue for wordpress-database-abstraction team.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi,

Is this solved ?? It seems this issue is happening only in MS SQL.

    Thanks

    Did you find any fix?
I tried replacing the keywords start, end, after, before. But still no luck ?

    Thanks
