Yoast Sitemaps Issue

Hi Guys
I have a problem with Yoast when using category and tag sitemaps. I am currently on the latest version of Yoast 1.4.19 and I am using it with the Magazon theme.

If I get Yoast to build a tag site map it is adding the following on the end of each item ?paged=x where x = a page number
http://www.kimboscakes.co.uk/tag/designer?paged=4

It should be writing
http://www.kimboscakes.co.uk/tag/designer

If i use category site map i get the further issues. It is creating categories that i do not even have but not listing any of the categories that I do have. For example I have approx 11 cake categories on a site and they should appear like this
http://www.kimboscakes.co.uk/category/celebrity-cakes/

Instead, categories is being listed as if it was a tag like below
http://www.kimboscakes.co.uk/category/adult?paged=7

If you replace category with the word tag and again remove the dreaded ?paged=7 (Which it is adding again to make the url look like this
http://www.kimboscakes.co.uk/tag/adult it works.

Basically the category site map is the same as the tag site map with the word tag being replaced by category which of course is incorrect
