YOAST SEO Concerns

My website is http://www.advicebball.com. I am announcing it to my social media followers in a few weeks, however, I want to make sure that everything with the SEO is ok first. I have two concerns.

1. When I search “www.advicebball.com” on google, I don’t get the meta title and description that I created for the homepage a few days ago. I get my old meta title and description from a few months back. I can email a screenshot of what I have it edited to but here’s the link for what comes up when you search “www.advicebball.com” on google: https://www.google.com/#q=www.advicebball.com. I need to fix this ASAP.

2. All of my posts will have videos attached. Should I set posts as video format or standard format? What’s the difference and how does it affect SEO?
