Yoast SEO Causing Blank WordPress Screen

We have an issue where a user is accessing our WordPress back-end to enter posts/blogs. The user is located in Guyana. When the user logs in, even with full privileges, the right side of the WordPress screen is blank grey. There are no error messages. The user can click on the left side of the WP dashboard console but the right panel is just blank grey screen. We found that by disabling Yoast, the user can enter in posts. Yoast is the plugin causing this issue as we have tested with all other plugins.

Can you confirm that the SEO roles as described in this guide matches the role set to your user?

Yes that part is ok. When I or other users login with the user’s login, everything is ok. When the user logs in with master login, grey blank screen on the right. Is there anything that would be restricting the user by country?

Under user’s settings, what language is currently set? Does the issue resolve when changing WP language into English?

It’s in English and resolves to English. I’ll confirm this though.

- Does this issue occurs on a specific post or page? If yes, can you please share the relevant URL with us?
- Are you running the latest WordPress version 4.9.1?
- Are you running the latest Yoast SEO v6.0?

All pages in back office for one particular user. She says she is able to access all assigned areas of WP on other WP instances.

You mentioned that when you or other users log in with his/her credentials, everything is ok. This could just be a local issue. Have him/her use another browser or another machine and see if there’s any difference.
