Yo can’t chat!

    This is not a “live chat” plugin actually. You can only SEND a message to the the fb page, but you don’t receive the answer in the “chat”, you need to go to facebook messenger.
    This description is totally wrong: “Support your customers via Facebook Live Chat directly on your website” !!

    Hi Abriv,

    We are sorry, Facebook automatically moves the conversation to Messenger. The advantage is you don’t need to be ‘at your desk’ to respond and both you and the customer can ‘re-connect’ at any time.

    I am sorry if the description was misleading, we will update it.
