    Hello,

I hope someone can help me as soon as possible. so we have this subscription box to our website and set it’s billing date to every 28th of the month. however, our subscribers were billed on the 27th. we checked the date on the settings and it clearly says “Day 28”. Then why was our subscribers billed during the 27th? i hope someone can help me fix this.

Also, I have another question. Can I manually charge a subscriber? we have a problem because a customer signed up for the subscription box yesterday (April 27). Technically, she should be charged today (April 28) and she should receive a box next week. Since it charged the day before, she will not be charged until next month. Is there a way to manually charge her?

Thank you! I hope all my questions will be answered as soon as possible.

You can check what is the timezone, where your customer is located, and what is the timezone applied on your server.

Can I manually charge a subscriber?

hello, i hope you can still reply to me. well i checked the timezone of our customer and they are in the US. and the only time difference is 3 hours. but they were charged on April 27th at 1pm. we can understand if they were charged 3 hours earlier than us since we have 3 hour difference. but that’s not the case because they were charged in the afternoon of april 27th. how can i fix this?

    Hi @anjanette

Have you tried getting in touch with the YITH WooCommerce Subscription support team? Since your recurring payment schedule is set via that plugin, the best way to get further assistance is contacting the plugin support, and they should be able to point you in the right direction:
