• There’s a shortcode on a page that pulls in a form for the Request a Quote. But the form won’t submit because it’s requiring an Address field that is not in the form. I went through the whole site and can’t find the form that the shortcode is displaying. When I go into Yith settings, there’s no option to select the form source or edit the fields of the form.

After some digging around I was able to locate the PHP form request-quote-form.php

That form did not have a Shipping Address field. Even when I added one manually, it still asked for the shipping address. From what I gathered from the site owner is that the previous developers tied that form to the default WooCommerce shipping address requirement. Once the user entered in their shipping address, it would save to their Customer account.
