I see the same problem with duplicate YIT Plugins listed twice in the side bar.
Both menu options link to the same plugins: Ajax Search & Wishlist.

this is a little know incompatibility between our plugin-fw and WP 4.4
We already fixed the bug, but you’ll have to update all our plugins before doubled menu disappear
We scheduled updates of every plugin, but it may take some time before every plugins get updated
Wishlist 2.0.13 has been released today, so please, update it to the last revision

I see in the plugin list, my customer installed the following plugins:
YITH Essential Kit for WooCommerce #1
YITH Pre-Launch
YITH WooCommerce PDF Invoice and Shipping List
YITH WooCommerce Social Login
I’m having the same problem with the YIT plugins .
My version of WordPress is 4.4.1
Plugin version 2.0.13 .
Does anyone know how to solve? Or should I expect a new update ?

Sorry for my late feedback. After the updates (a few weeks ago now), the double menu issue was fixed and everything is displaying as normal. At least for me, everything is fine.
