Yearly archive with months

    I’m trying to figure out how I can display a yearly archive that looks something like this…

    2013 Posts
    January
    – Post title and custom field value
    – Post title and custom field value
    February
    – Post title and custom field value
    – Post title and custom field value

    etc etc for a single year.

    Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
