If you are using Yahoo! 360, you can do this through the site itself. Although this isn’t a WordPress support question directly, I do have an answer for you.
From your main Yahoo! 360 page, go to “Edit Blog Settings” from the sidebar. Make sure “who can see your blog” is set to Public, and make sure “publish site feed” is checked. Save your settings if you had to change anything.
View your blog (as others would see it), and at the bottom you will find an orange button that says RSS. You can use this RSS feed directly, or you can publish it through Feedburner to get enhanced features for podcasters.
etoile,
you should read more carefully before jumping in:
my yahoo site using wordpress – the OP was quite clear.
It occurs to me that you might have meant using your Yahoo! site to host the files, and using WordPress for the actual blog that is your podcast.
To do this, you would still follow the instructions at Codex: Podcasting, and you would link to whatever your audio file link is on your Yahoo! site.
edit: Sorry Moshu, I finally figured that out! I *think* the above instructions would answer that question, but if not perhaps you can give a better answer. (I had originally thought the OP was asking how to make an RSS feed from a Yahoo blog, eg Yahoo 360, since the OP does mention from my blog on yahoo.)
I am using a yahoo web site that know has the option within yahoo to create a blog with wordpress. the directory it creates within your web site is the directory /blog
I am using the web site to house the mp3’s as well. I have the link working for the mp3, but it talks about adding a link to …/wordpress/?feed=rss2 or something like that.
When I add this link in the message it does not work.

Ah, that’s a different story, thanks for clearing it up for me. From what I’ve read WordPress and Yahoo do not have a support agreement, so there won’t be any official support. I hope someone else here will be able to help you, though.
etoile,
you still don’t read carefully 🙂 since the OP does mention from my blog on yahoo
The OP mentioned very clearly in the very first line – wordpress. And I posted that again for you…
Not to mention the title of the topic.
