XML sitemap update frequency?

    Hi there. Just wondering how often the XML sitemap regenerates? Does it update instantly when I publish a new post, or is there a slight delay involved? Just trying to plan my indexing workflow.

    Thanks for your question. The Yoast SEO plugin generates the sitemap dynamically as you create and update content. There is no delay at all.

    Have you made recent changes that aren’t reflected in your sitemap? Please provide us with screenshots and/or sample URLs that highlight the issue you are experiencing. You can use any image-sharing service like https://pasteboard.co/, https://snag.gy/, https://snipboard.io/, or even upload the screenshot to your own website. Once you upload it to an image-sharing service, please share the link to the image here.
