XML Sitemap Generation Issue

    Hi Everyone,
    I have installed Yoast, and when trying to view the site map all i get is:

    This page contains the following errors:

    error on line 2 at column 6: XML declaration allowed only at the start of the document
    Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.

    After browsing this forum, the main culprit seemed to be conflicting plugins, however I tried deactivating them one by one to no effect, and so i deactivated all of them and tried again, but also to no effect!

    Anybody have any idea?
