Hi,
I am looking at the potential of pushing an XML file from one site into another. I suggested a regularly scheduled import, but the user wants to be able to push it out from the origin site and import immediately and automatically following the push. Can your plugin provide this capability?

Hi @gwslink

How do you plan on pushing the XML file to the site? If there’s a way to hook into the “push” of the XML, this would be possible:

1) Set up your import using the location to the file you’ll be updating with the push

2) Set up the “processing” script cron job as described here: http://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/recurring/cron/

3) Hook into the “push” of the XML to the site and call the “trigger” cron script for the import with wp_remote_get()
