WYSIWYG Widgets – Text plugin

This looks like a great plugin. However I can not upload images. When I want to edit the widget I click on the text area and the Tinymce screen loads. I then click the icon for add image and the dialogue to load the image comes up. The image then load successfully into the WP Media folder but when I click insert image into post only the image library screen comes up and there is no way to navigate out of this. Any help would be appreciated. The ability to write text and change the font styling works ok.
