    Version 3.6.8
    wp-content/plugins/backwpup/inc/class-destination-msazure.php
    Still has uppercase PEAR in 5 places
    set_include_path( get_include_path() . PATH_SEPARATOR . BackWPup::get_plugin_data( 'plugindir' ) .'/vendor/PEAR/');
