    Hi there,

I am having issues with flat rate shipping method.

I have setup shipping zones (and flat rate is the shipping method) It was actually okay after setup.

The issue is: When a user tries to place an order the shipping rate showing is not correct (e.g. A region that is supposed to be 2000NGN is showing 1.44NGN)

I have looked through the settings, but I don;t seem to see anything wrong with the settings.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Is it possible that the customer address is triggering a different Shipping Zone than the one you’re expecting? You can enable debug mode temporarily to see which zone the customer is matching via WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Options > Enable Debug. Once testing, you’ll want to uncheck this since it’s public to all users.

Do you happen to have a screenshot of your Shipping Zones where we could also take a look?

    Hi @laceyrod

    Thanks for your reply.

    I have solved the problem.

I deleted the shipping zones and added them again.
