Wrong Shipping Being Charged

    I have two shipping classes (Eastern States and Western States), and they are based on cart total. On some orders, it charges UPS Shipping for 9.75. I don’t have this as a shipping option, so I don’t know why it’s charging that.

    Could you please provide us with some screenshots showing how the shipping zones and shipping methods are currently configured in your shop? I believe there might be something wrong with their setup.
