wrong rates

Good morning
I just set your Fedex plugin (free version) but when i try to checkout my order
rates are very higher respect contract ones.
Guy of Fedex who made our contract tryed to and sayd that is a plugin problem set.
Can you help me?

(If you want to try use SMART BOX on Press category, not all products have weight at the moment)
