We are selling oil on this page. when you input the lowest amount possible, 100 gallons, the price is 0. despite it being set to be 4.889 in the plugin. When you enter 200 gallons the price goes up to $2.34, 300… $3.13. None of these prices are set in the plugin.

Also when selecting a zip code it defaults to 18136 no matter what zip code you select. Not sure what to do here.

These problems started yesterday sometime before that, the site was operating correctly. Not sure what changed.

    Hello @pzul,

These problems started yesterday sometime before that, the site was operating correctly. Not sure what changed.

The last WooCommerce update was two weeks ago, this probably has nothing to do with us. 🙂

Do you remember updating or adding any new plugins recently that may have caused this?

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Look forward to hearing back from you.
