Wrong Price Calculation for Single Product

    Hello,

    I had configured fixed price deduction for this tshirt.

    Singles
    1 – 4 T-shirts – $36/shirt

    Bulk
    5 – 19 T-shirts – $23/shirt
    20 – 49 T-shirts – $19.50/shirt
    50 – 99 T-shirts – $18/shirt

    but it is somehow not working.

    After adding the customization to the cart, the total is $32 / shirt while the customization is $10. It should have been $33. I’m not sure where the difference is but can you run a conflict test by disabling all plugins other that woocommerce and our plugin and try there?

    I had checked same thing but we need to use product designer as intermediate.

    Also wrong calculation will only come first product that is added.For other products , it will remain perfect.

    I think that there is issue for first product only.

    That is strange. Is there any other discount active in the plugin that may be applying as well?

    I’m sorry but fixing that will require access to your site which is prohibited by WordPress policy. Unfortunately I don’t see any other way to handle it…
