Facebook: Wrong picture connected with link

I did a post and decided I wanted a different picture on it. Have deleted the old picture, but when I try to post on FB, it still shows the old picture and doesn’t even use the new picture as an alternate available image. http://gramasuesrainbow.com/2016/10/homeschooling-pe-101-ways-to-get-your-kids-moving/
