    Hi,

the links, that the plugin is sending via the shortcodes are not working.

e.g. it is alawys adding something like x-webdoc://20BFEE7E-67FA-4E90-BAEA-4D5D4FEA6E18/’ before the URL starts.

So the link is not clickable.

    Hello @felixgermany,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Are there any plugins installed that might be causing this?

Here is what you can do to check:

    – Deactivate all plugins ( except Woocommerce, Cart Abandonment & SMTP ) temporarily and see if that solves the error.

    – Then, activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.

If you’re concerned the debugging process might break your website, you can take a quick backup of your website.

Let us know how it goes.

After doing some research I found out that it is probably due to Apples Software. If I use the webclient the link is working great.

I don’t know if you want to dig into that.
