Wrong href in post images at index

When a visitor click on an image in my home page to enter into a post, the link refer to the image and my theme open a Lightbox window instead the post.

I deactivate all my plugins and i reinstalled my theme but still happening.

I don´t know what can i do to change it, or where the problem come
