Wrong format of QR payment

    Hello, my QR code appears on summary page, but when I use my bank app for QR payment it says “Wrong format of QR payment” but I have all the info in bank payment added like bank acc number, BIC, IBAN, everything should be OK I checked it many times. What can cause this err? Is there something I set wrong?
