wrong font used

Do you know why the wrong font is used on this page
https://austria-bhutan.org/en/austria-bhutan-partnership-welcome-kusuzangpo-la/For example for the site title.
Pls. see the screenshot https://pasteboard.co/f5uWOBXS8E2g.jpg.font-family should be Roboto Slab.

Yes, that is the font that should be used all over the website.
Here is a more precise question:
Why is Roboto Slab not used on
https://austria-bhutan.org/en/austria-bhutan-partnership-welcome-kusuzangpo-la/???
In CSS I have:
site-title a, h1, h2, h3, h3 span, h4, h5, h6{
font-family: ‘Roboto Slab’, serif!important;
}So it should be used on that page as well.
On all the pages in german language it is used.
On all the pages in english language it is not.
