Hello,
The latest update of the plugin has solved the above mentioned bug.
Now If the user subscribe to the Waitlist, he will receive an email, but in the dashboard the number of “registered users” stays 0 and do not increase. When the item is back in stock nothing is sent to the user.
Before the update the plugin was working just fine, is anyone facing the same issue?

@sleem Out technical team did the testing with the updated plugin, whenever products are coming back into the stock we are receiving the mail alert.
Have you updated any other plugin recently, or installed any new plugin?

No, I did not. I did also deactivate and delete the plugin and then install it again, but the same problem still exists.
even in the dashboard the number of “interested persons” for the out-of-stock product stays 0 always.

@sleem As we are not facing this issue in our test site, will you provide us the Site as well as the link of the product page, against which you are facing the issue.

I am facing the issue with all the out-of-stock products.
when the user add his email address, he receives an email confirmation, but the number of “interested persons” in the dashboard do not increase and also if I export the list of subscribers, It is always empty.
@sleem As we again tested this, in our site, didn’t face this issue.
We might need site access, in order to do that please send us mail through our site don’t forget to mention this thread in the mail.
