Wrong Date/not loading

Hi, I have installed the plugin and made a few test events. I have the following issues immediately:

In the address bar, month=1 will show January events in the list, but shows nothing in the grid view. The calendar itself does not actually fully load, it will just show 2 rows of empty tables. The Month selector also has December as the first option (Instead of January), meaning January data is labeled “December” (front end only), and the title says “Events in December 2022” instead of “Events in January 2023”.

I have left all settings at default, and deactivated/deleted and reinstalled the latest version with no change. I’m sure this is an issue on my end, but I am not sure where to start, thank you.
