Wrong cart content – setup question

Hi,

I added product level fee to the additional fields and the plugin calculate it absolutely properly ont he product page. I mean 1 produsct is 10usd and the additional option is 1usd / product, than if I setup 10 products, than the summary of the product cost is 100usd and there is an additional fee of 10usd for the additional product fees and the overall summary is also correct, 110usd.

But I realized, unfortunately, that if I go ahead, than the additional fee is missing on the cart page, it shows the result only based on the basic product cost (100usd).

Please be so kind and let me know, how can I setup the proper process and make visible and payable also the additional fees?

Thank you for the detailed explanation!

We tried to replicate the issue on our end but were unable to do so. In order to investigate further, could you please share the URL of the product page so we can take a closer look at your setup?

This will help us identify what might be causing the additional fee to not carry over to the cart page.

Hi, okay, in this case, please be so kind and let me know, how can we solve the issue? This plugin is great and it would be important to clarify the problem, propably conflict with other well knowed plugins. I mean, it would be the interest of all parties.

It would help if you could share at least some screenshots of all the setup you have in PPOM and a short recording of explaining the issue on your site.

This way, we can try to replicate it on a testing site.
